I'm Stu MacBride — a multidisciplinary creative working in motion, digital and print, based in Melbourne / Naarm, Australia.
My skills span video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, retouching/compositing, art direction, animation, sound editing, finished art, web design, 3D modelling — and everything in between.

I’ve worked as a Senior Finished Artist at Aesop (2018–2025) and as a Digital Media Designer at Reece (2011–2017), alongside extensive freelance work with clients including Cowboy, Trenery, Wiley, Dotshop, Sheike, and the Yoorrook Justice Commission.

Alongside my creative work, I’ve been developing an independent film research and preservation project focused on rare and overlooked media and related ephemera.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching films, appreciating art, playing guitar badly, and spending time with my cats.
